Family. You have our guarantee that we will work tirelessly to provide
a home environment our residents deserve - where they can "be at
home" in a safe and comfortable atmosphere. What makes Sweet Water
special? It is our perfect size. We are large enough to offer all of
the ammenities and services of the huge corporate facilities but small
enough to know all the little nuances of our residents. From their taste
in food to their taste in color we know our residents preferences and
